As the name implies, electric stacker trucks use electricity as energy, and no longer need to burn diesel as before. Such stacker trucks have low energy conversion, low power, and an unpleasant diesel smell. With the electric stacker, the driving becomes easier and the environment is comfortable. However, because the stacker is easier to drive, people often overlook the points that need to be paid attention to when driving. Let's introduce the precautions for operation.
1. The operator of the electric stacker is not allowed to drive under the influence of alcohol, and it is not allowed to drive too heavy, too high, or exceeding the speed limit. It is forbidden to brake suddenly and turn sharply.
2. The safety devices of the electric stacker must be complete and intact, the components are sensitive and effective, and the technical performance is good. It is strictly forbidden to drive the stacker with illness.
3. Maintain the standard driving state of the stacker truck. When the fork is driving off the ground, the fork is 10-20 cm off the ground. When the stacker truck stops, it will drop to the left and right of the ground and drive in poor road conditions. The speed of the stacker should be reduced.
4. When the electric stacker is running, if the electric controller is out of control, the main power supply should be disconnected in time.
5. Special attention should be paid to the timely charging of the battery and the correct maintenance of the battery during the use of the electric stacker. When charging the battery, pay attention to the method, not only to make the battery fully charged, but not to cause the battery to be overcharged.
6. In the operation of the electric stacker truck, try to use as little as possible long-distance acceleration. When the stacker truck starts and the speed increases, stabilize the accelerator pedal. If the road conditions are good, the stacker truck will continue to accelerate. When the stacker needs to decelerate, relax the accelerator pedal and lightly step on the brake pedal, so that the energy of deceleration can be fully utilized. If the stacker has a regenerative braking function, the kinetic energy during deceleration can be recovered. When the vehicle is going down the ramp, do not disconnect the circuit of the stacker's driving motor, gently step on the brake pedal to make the stacker run in a regenerative braking state, and use the kinetic energy of the vehicle to reduce the energy consumption of the battery.
7. During the operation of the vehicle, when it is found that the battery power is insufficient (which can be obtained through the electricity meter, the power loss indicator light and other alarm devices), the battery should be charged as soon as possible to prevent the battery from being over-discharged.
