In recent days, 2020 “Ruyi Cup” Walking Game was held by Ningbo Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA) in Huchen Town, Ninghai County. Municipal leaders, including Vice Chairman of Ningbo CPPC, Chairman of Ningbo Committee of CNDCA, attended the opening ceremony. Chu Jiwang, Honorary Chairman of Ruyi Company was invited and presented flags to every team.
This year, the Walking Game chose beautiful Huchen Town in Ninghai County as its arena, which received enthusiastic responses from the entire committee. 340 members of 17 teams from different grass-roots organizations participated into this game. The whole raceway was 7.3KM. After more than 1 hour’s fierce competition, team one of Cixi District, team of Fenghua District and team one of Yinzhou District won the first, second, third prize respectively. Tong Ningping and Xu Yinjun won the Men’s first prize and Women’s first prize separately.
Zhang Minghua, Chairman of Ningbo Committee of CNDCA, fully appreciated the wonderful performance of the attendees over the whole game; meanwhile, he expressed thanks to everyone participating in this game, including judges, volunteers. Zhang hoped there would be more and more CNDCA members joining sports exercises like walking, aiming to improve their physical fitness. The spirit of marching forward shoulder by shoulder with passion could and should be put into daily work. Workers of CNDCA were expected to deepen social service, bring various work of Ningbo Committee of CNDCA to a new level and make contributions to the economic development of Ningbo city by proactively taking part into politics and performing duties with their own advantages.
