On February 28^th, 2025, Ningbo XILIN celebrated its 40th anniversary. To mark this grand occasion, Chu Jiwang, the founder of XILIN, wrote a poem.

Ode to XILIN’s 40^th Birthday (1985.28---2025.2.28)

The Age of AI has dawned,
Gazing at the starry sky,
Countless intelligences shimmer.
Do not dwell on the humble beginnings of forty years past,
An era transcends a generation.

A blank sheet blocks the sunlight,
Lick through it, let the light pierce the window lattice,
The vast world bursts with color.
Deepseek transforms the age,
Old enterprises reform, embracing new tech. and march forward.

Competition is the patent of the defeated,
Fighting for a narrow path, one forgets the gold beneath the feet.
Open the world map to trade,
Innovation darts through the skies,
AI is the soul of the entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurs are adventurers,
Learning to bow is the wisdom of rising.
Billionaires are but fleeting blooms,
Where have the once 'ten-thousand-yuan households' gone?
To prosper first and then share prosperity is the heart of compassion.

Those who walked ahead of me,
Gradually fade into the distance,
Like scattered, sparse stars.
Behind me,
A surging tide churns and roars.

A century-old enterprise spans three generations,
Whether I stand beside or at the horizon,
I sound the alarm:
"Patriotic spirit, a heart for the people,"
The goal and soul of the entrepreneur.

Looking Back On the Journey

"Produce quality products, master the market, and be conscientious both to heaven and to man," is a phrase inscribed by founder Chu Jiwang on the company's gate. We started from nothing, grew from small to large, expanded from domestic to international, and transformed from a tiny plastic workshop into a global corporation with products sold worldwide.

In the ever-changing tides of the era and market environment, XILIN continuously innovates and enhances its products, evolving from manual to electric, and then to AGV forklifts. XILIN persistently drives the innovation and application of intelligent handling technology, having completed a comprehensive intelligent layout. XILIN's products are now exported to over 130 countries and regions.

At the beginning, the founder, Chu Jiwang, named the enterprise Ruyi with the hope that every employee would live a good life and reach the peak of their personal careers. After achieving success, Chu Jiwang has put XILIN’s founding principle of "remembering the source of wealth and giving back to society" into practice through concrete actions.
