1. Battery maintenance of electric stacker. Check whether the connection of the charging circuit is reliable, check whether the connection is in good condition with the plug; check whether the charger of the electric pallet truck is intact, check whether the battery is seriously short of liquid; check whether the electrode plate has irreversible sulfation.

 

2. The circuit part of the electric stacker. Do not use electric pallet trucks under voltage; do not use electric pallet trucks while charging; rainproof.

3. The forks of the electric stacker have fixed pallet type and movable fork type. The base of the movable fork and the connecting part of the electric handling stacker are provided with gaskets, and the height of the gasket is adjusted by screws to achieve the purpose of adjusting the height of the front section of the fork.

4. The electric stacker is leaking oil. Most of the oil leakage is at the connection between the oil pipe and the cylinder or pumping station. The seal is not tight. Use a wrench to tighten the nut on the connection a few more turns, but remember not to use too much force, otherwise it will cause slippage. Confirm that the nut is tightened. When the oil continues to leak, remove the nut, replace its gasket and explosion-proof valve with the correct model and new one, and re-tighten it. Generally, this fault can be solved. When removing the nut, first lower the fork to a very low level, so that all the hydraulic oil in the oil circuit returns to the cylinder of the pump station to avoid a large amount of leakage.

Electric stackers play an important role in the industry, and the actual usage is also very good, and the types of equipment are also different, which can meet the needs of different industrial operations. However, when using an electric stacker, the operator of the electric stacker must follow all safety precautions. The driver must pay attention to the load not to exceed the weight of the machine. The operator also needs to be able to handle the rear wheel steering of the machine and drive.
